This was both tender and sharp in all the right places. The way you mapped the daily absurdities of misogyny while holding space for love, that’s a difficult dance and you did it with grace. It’s good to be reminded that there are men who make that kind of learning feel safe, not burdensome. Thank you for writing this.

LOVED reading every word of this! As someone who grew up in organized religion, it's such a relief to see women writing about these things. I've had A Well-Trained Wife on my bookshelf for some time now! The author actually had a book signing in the town I live in and that's how I became aware of her work. Need to bump it up on my TBR list!
