It’s been a while. I realized I haven’t posted since I o

d my hair, and last week it finally got cool enough for me to break out my grandpa sweaters again before I’m forced to change my style up for Spring. The past few weeks have been especially demanding with group projects/presentations one after the other, but I made it through. At least for final exams I know I’m only relying on myself to do well, which is not the case with group projects. Either way, summer is almost here and I’m looking forward to a change in pace.

The update I’m most happy to share is that I will be an intern (or what they refer to as a “style guru”) for College Fashionista this summer. This gives me a chance to write weekly articles for them, and take photos of stylish people on my school’s campus (which, as you can see from my previous post, I was already enjoying). This opportunity is a step in the right direction towards what I want to do in my life, and hopefully the next will be a new location and employment somewhere amazing.

My favorite books on the shelf are wonderful inspiration and also distractions from emotions and anything else that could cause me to lose sight of the wonderful possibilities of who I could become. I’m staying focused on the goals ahead and making plans to do everything I can to be successful in achieving them.
